Introducing nuclear industry influence not only technical sector of the economy. Constructing nuclear power plant need long term preparations and very large background containing technical designs, legislations, educated human resources, local industry involvement, established regulatory and safety offices to supervise nuclear industry operation, solutions of fuel cycle facilities and nuclear waste management etc. In countries, where nuclear industry has been present for many years now, all framework for nuclear industry are established, but those who want introduce it now, have to get through all preparation suggested inter alia by IAEA INIG (Integrated Nuclear Infrastructure Group).
