Network Model

 

        

 

    The network model, obtained in the Institute of Electrical Power Engineering, allows for connecting the isolated network with double transformers rated at 70 kVA each and 12 branches with controllable lines parameters such as impedance and resistance. The network created is able to integrate any load and electricity source located in the Laboratory. The netowrk is additionally equipped with the short circuit simulator, helping with studies over influence of the short circuits on the electricity sources and load operation.

The model is also equipped with measurement infrastructure, separately from SCADA system. It provide real, on-line dynamic characteristics of the voltages, currents, active and reactive power. On the basis of measurements obtained, the system allows for analysis of total harmonic distortions in the network.
